Erie Animal Hospital

I have been going to Erie Animal Hospital for at least 20 years. The entire team is extremely professional and compassionate. They are always prompt in getting back to you with any questions you may have, and explain everything to the last detail. Yesterday, when I went to them with a pet emergency, their level of compassion and understanding made a very difficult decision bearable. My kitty Bambi was in a bad way and we discovered it was from kidney failure that was something that he could not recover from and Dr. Ulrich explained all of our options with compassion and understanding. When the decision was made to help my kitty who had been with me for over 16 years cross the rainbow bridge, everyone helped Bambi cross peacefully without any pain, and everyone was very gentle with him. If you have any hesitation about where to go for the best vet care in the region there is only one place to go And that’s Erie Animal Hospital. If I could give Dr. Ulrich and the staff 1000 stars I would. Thank you for everything you did for us yesterday and I know Bambi thanks you as well

The staff was incredible and quietly concerned about Ellie's health and well being. We couldn't have been more appreciative. And Dr. Ventrello exhibited the kind of compassion and care we had come to know from our earlier experiences with her at EAH several years ago. She helped restore our belief that Ellie can be healed and treated in a caring manner. Thanks to all of you.

Our cats and dogs are not just pets, they are members of our families. We trust them to the professionals at the Erie Animal Hospital the same way we trust the health of ourselves and our children to our family doctor. They are skilled, knowledgeable professionals and treat us with respect and compassion. All seven cats and three dogs over 25 years have been cared for by EAH. From beginning to end, the staff has been there to travel with us around the Circle of Life. Thank you EAH!

Overall I have been very happy with the care my cats have received since becoming patients here at Erie Animal Hospital.That being said one of their staff, Becky, whom I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with over the phone was extremely rude, condescending, and just not helpful at all. She sounded miserable and should not be working their answering phones if she hates talking to people so much. She is making a horrible impression on an otherwise great facility.
